Please read the instructions carefully before proceeding. 1. Personally view the apartment prior to submitting an application. 2. Either complete the application online and print it out or download the application and fill in the application form after printing. Every person intending on occupying the unit must complete an application. Should you anticipate your credit not being sufficient please have a cosigner complete a cosigner form. If the cosigner cannot sign the form in our office where we can verify their identity the cosigner must have their signatures notarized by a notary public. Each individual that does not have qualifying credit must have a cosigner. 3. Bring the application and the cosigners form, if needed, to the leasing office along with a $35 application processing fee. (Each application from each person requires a fee) When submitting the application please verify the contact phone number on the application is current so we may contact you with any questions or to inform you of whether you have been accepted. 4. You may fax the cosigners form so long as the original is promptly mailed to us. 5.
